Anyone displaying signs of instability mentally and is not of sound mind will not be scheduled and may be refused any and all services unless a professional has cleared them for this work.
Everyone who books an appointment is of sound mind and understands and agrees to these terms and services.
We offer no refunds or credits for these service, all sales are final.
Heather ( Kalea) Pelaez has the right to document and report any illegal activity on this site or text messages, voicemails and any suspicious activity.
Cancellation fees will be deducted from any booked appointments of $50.00 to anyone who does not cancel within 2 hours before the scheduled appointment, or is not available at the time of service.
